Administrative Assistant with Biotech Experience Wanted!

At Randstad our job is simple; we put the best people to work in the best positions. Our client, a major Biotech company based in Cambridge is adding Administrative Assistants to their team!

We are currently seeking Administrative Assistants on all levels! These positions are 3 month contracts with potential option to renew.

Main Job Duties: Calendar management, Expense Reports, Travel Arrangements (Global), data entry, filing, other ad hoc responsibilities.

Required Skills: Must be proficient at minimum in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook. Visio and Project a plus!

Required Education: High School and 3-5 years of related Biotech, Pharma, Hospitals, Medical Office experience.

Working hours: M-F, 8am-5pm
